About Steve Parkhurst

As a licensed REALTOR in Greater Portland since 1977, my professional goal has always been to successfully guide buyers and sellers through their real estate transactions with care, honesty, and integrity. With extensive experience and a deep understanding of the local market, I provide expert advice and guidance to clients in finding the perfect property or selling their own.

I am a true native of Cape Elizabeth, Maine. Attending Kents Hill School and graduating from the University of Maine further deepend my connection to this remarkable place. Over the years, I have witnessed the growth and development of the area, enhancing the quality of coastal Maine living and making it an even more desirable place to call home.

In addition to my real estate work, I have actively given back to the community. I have served on the Cape Elizabeth Planning Board for a decade, worked with the Fort Williams Advisory Committee, The Greater Portland Landmarks Board, and The Community Garden. Sharing my professional expertise with these organizations has been a privilege and a way to contribute to the community I love.

My wife Ann and I reside in Cape Elizabeth, where we raised our two sons, Sherwin and Skyler. Throughout the years, I have taken on the challenges and rewards of restoring old homes, from an Italianate on Portland's West End to a beautifully designed 1929 shingle style house in Cape Elizabeth. During my free time, I embrace the coastal Maine life, enjoying activities such as boating, fishing, gardening, and exploring the nearby beaches, nature preserves, and shore paths with our beloved English Springer Spaniel, Charley.
