Lucy is passionate and knowledgeable about houses. She has bought, sold and renovated ten of her own. Lucy excels in working with families to find the ideal 'nest', whether it is a down size, an investment, a move to the country, the beach, the city or the perfect summer home.
Lucy grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and Cumberland Island, Georgia. She attended The Garrison Forest School in Maryland, The Evergreen State College in Washington and the Maine Photo Workshops. Her summers were spent with family on Ram Island Farm in Cape Elizabeth and Prouts Neck, Scarborough.
Thirty years ago she settled in Portland. Her three children attended Waynflete School and two of them chose Maine colleges, Bates and The University of Maine.
Lucy lives in the West End of Portland and spends time during the summer in Prouts Neck and winter weekends skiing at Sugarloaf. She loves renovating old houses, sailing, skiing and now Pickle Ball! She is presently on the board of Maine Preservation.
Lucy is especially good at listening to her clients and finding the right match in a home. She is fun to work with!
