I don't think we would have bought a house if we had some of the other realtors.  We were very lucky to get Erin by chance. She is smart, has a can do attitude, and she listened and answered our questions almost before we asked them.

I was impressed by everything - from start to finish - Erin was the consummate broker .. from outlining the process, to helping me stage (fantastic!), to steering me through all of the paperwork and hurdles.  I know that having a smart, classy broker was also a big factor in my obtaining multiple offers over asking.  Erin is STELLAR.
