With over three decades of experience in real estate brokerage, I have established myself as a dedicated professional committed to looking out for my clients' best interests in every transaction, whether it be the purchase and sale of residential or various investment properties. Alongside my extensive experience, I have pursued a range of educational and personal accomplishments.
I have a Business degree from Wake Forest University, obtained my Sales Agent License in 1993 and my Broker License in 1995. Continuing my education, I completed the GRI Graduate Real Estate Institute in 2009, further enhancing my knowledge and expertise. Additionally, I obtained the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation in 2007 and the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation in 2006, specializing in residential real estate.
In addition to being a member of the Realtor Associations (Greater Portland Board, Maine, and National), from 1999 to 2004 I was very active in leadership roles of the Portland Board of Realtors, including the positions of Director (also for the Maine Association of Realtors), Vice President, President-Elect and President and serving on the Professional Standards Committee. In 2005, I received the Realtor Spirit Award and in 2007, I was awarded the Realtor of the Year award for the Greater Portland Board and the State of Maine.
Outside of my professional pursuits, I enjoy music, golf, skiing, hiking, spending time at my camp on North Twin Lake, and enjoy the many other outdoor activities that Maine offers; in 1991 I hiked the entire Appalachian Trail.
