About Gail Landry

What a difference a year makes! After spending twenty years on Wall Street predominantly as a bond trader, I decided to move to Maine in order to be able to raise my three daughters in the beauty of this incredible state. 

 

For many years, I have been practicing real estate as a principal owner of Town & Shore Real Estate where I have earned the distinction, along with my business partner Sandra Johnson, of having sold more condos in the state of Maine than anyone else.

 

Of course I love the transactional nature of real estate but what keeps me engaged and energized is the truly personal nature of the relationships: working to meet each of my clients’ individual homeownership goals. It is my intention to remain objective through every part of the home buying and selling process to best assist my clients. And, as timing is everything in real estate, I always remind my buyers and sellers to have a little faith when those complex, emotional, and sometimes tough moments occur.

 

In my spare time, I love exploring Portland’s food scene, trying new restaurants that pop up around the city. I also enjoy playing the bass and have performed with the famous Grassholes in the past.
